Model3D — Privacy Policy & Terms of Use

This page contains both the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use for Model3D. Model3D (“we”, “the App”) is a mobile app developed by APPTOIC that generates 3D models from text or photos. By using the App, you agree to both documents below.

Part 1 — Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data we collect while you use the App, how it is used, and the rights you have.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

  • Email address and display name (received from Google or Apple when you sign in with them)
  • Profile photo URL (if available, from the sign-in provider)

Content you create

  • The text prompts you write
  • Photos you upload (for the image-to-3D feature)
  • Generated 3D models and preview images (GLB, OBJ, FBX, USDZ, STL formats)

Usage and transaction data

  • Credit balance and credit activity (purchase, spend, refund records)
  • Generation history (which settings you used and when you generated a model)
  • Purchase records (processed via RevenueCat — we never see your card details; payment is made directly through the App Store/Play Store)

Device data

  • Device push token, so we can send notifications (to notify you when a generation is complete)
  • Language preference

AI assistant conversations

  • Messages you write or speak via “Create Assistant” are processed to configure generation settings on your behalf

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide the 3D model generation service (your prompt/photo is sent to the Meshy v6 model on the fal.ai infrastructure for processing)
  • So the AI assistant can understand the conversation and suggest the right generation settings (via Google Vertex AI / Gemini)
  • To send a notification when a generation is complete
  • To verify purchases and update your credits
  • To prevent abuse/fraud

3. Who We Share Your Data With

We share your data only with the sub-processors needed to operate the service:

  • Google Firebase / Google Cloud — Account, database, file storage, notification infrastructure (europe-west1 region)
  • fal.ai (Meshy v6) — Converting your prompts/photos into 3D models
  • Google Vertex AI (Gemini) — AI assistant conversation
  • RevenueCat — Purchase verification
  • Apple App Store / Google Play — Payment processing (your card details never reach us)

We will never:

  • Use your data for another customer/user
  • Send it to train AI models
  • Sell it to third parties or share it for unrelated marketing

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your data while your account is active. At any time, via Profile → Delete Account, you can permanently delete your account and all your data (generation history, credit records, uploaded/generated files, and the account itself). This action cannot be undone.

5. Your Rights (GDPR / KVKK)

  • Right of access: You can learn what data we hold about you.
  • Right to erasure: Available instantly and fully from within the App (see above).
  • Right to rectification: You can update your profile information within the App.

6. Children’s Privacy

Model3D is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; for material changes you will be notified from within the App.

Part 2 — Terms of Use

1. The Service

Model3D is a service that provides AI-powered 3D model generation from text or photos. Generation quality depends on the AI model used (Meshy v6); no specific quality or result is guaranteed.

2. Credits and Payment

  • Model3D has no subscription — only one-time credit packs are purchased.
  • Credits do not expire; there is no expiration date.
  • Credits are spent per generation in amounts that vary with the generation settings.
  • Prices are as shown through the App Store/Play Store and may change without prior notice (this does not affect your existing credits).
  • All sales are final. Model3D does not process refunds directly; refund requests are handled through Apple/Google’s own refund processes.
  • If a generation fails, the spent credit is refunded automatically.

3. Content Rules

You may not use Model3D to generate:

  • Content depicting real/recognizable people (without permission)
  • Copyrighted characters, brands or logos
  • Adult content, extreme violence or hate speech
  • Any unlawful content

Requests that violate these rules may not pass automated safety checks or may be rejected.

4. Content Ownership

The 3D models you generate from your own original prompts or photos are yours. Model3D claims no rights over this content.

5. Account

You can permanently delete your account from within the App at any time. In case of use that violates the rules, we may suspend or terminate your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

Model3D is provided “as is”. We cannot be held liable for service interruptions, generation errors, or disruptions originating from third parties (fal.ai, Google, Apple).

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts of İstanbul have jurisdiction over disputes.
