APPTOIC
All servicesAutomation system

Workflow automation you can see, trace and step into.

Automation without an interface can't be trusted. We build flows whose steps are visible and which tell you where they stopped.

06
Who it's for

Who is this service for?

  • Teams entering the same data in several places by hand
  • Companies where orders, requests or leads sit waiting
  • Managers compiling reports manually

If none of the three fits you exactly, tell us anyway; if we think it isn't a fit, we say so plainly in the process analysis.

Scope

What's included

01

Simplifying the process

Unnecessary steps come out first; automation scales a good process, it doesn't hide a bad one.

02

Building the flow

Trigger, transformation and target systems are connected end to end.

03

Exceptions and error handling

Missing data or a failed step is never passed over silently; it raises an alert and retries under control.

04

Monitoring interface

Where the flow stands and what is stuck is visible on one screen.

Process

How we proceed

The same four steps in every service: first we understand, then we write it down, then we build, then we hand over.

  1. 01

    Process analysis

We map the need in a free analysis and judge the fit honestly.

  2. 02

    Scope and proposal

We write down what will be built, line by line, and price it with its reasoning.

  3. 03

    Development and testing

We build the system and test it end to end before you ever see it run for the first time.

  4. 04

    Handover and maintenance

We go live with training, documentation and controlled maintenance.

Tools

What we reach for most in this work

  • n8n
  • Webhook and API integrations
  • Retries and failure alerts
  • Scheduled jobs

We don't impose a fixed stack. The tool is chosen for the need, the maintenance cost and the scale — and the reasoning is written into the proposal.

FAQ

About this service

Which systems does it work with?

Most systems with an API or webhook support. Where there is none, we write a bridge layer.

Will we know if a flow breaks?

Yes. A failure raises an alert and the flow records the step it stopped on.

Is automation too early for us?

If the process still changes often, or happens only a few times a month, it may well be — and we say so plainly in the analysis.

Delivery

What this service produces, and what never changes from one project to the next — what is in your hands on handover day.
